Rock Star Camp - For Ages 9-21

Session I: August 3rd - August 7th
Session II: August 10th - August 14th
9:00am-2:00pm, Monday through Friday

The final performances are: TBA at Musician's Institute

Camp includes

• Instruction in all Instruments
• Compose and record original Music
• Perform in a live rock show at the end of week showcase
• Jam Live with local recording artists
• Field trips to live concerts and industry events

Concentrated studies will include the following

• Ear Training
• Instrumental Techniques
• Music Appreciation and Theory
• Vocal harmony
• Musical interplay with other instrumentalists and vocalists
• Stage Movement and presentation

Included is a CD, 3-ring binder, highlighter, pens, pencils, sheet music and class hand-outs. Students may bring their own lunch or they may pay an additional fee for a lunch which we will provide. We will offer take-out selections from local restaurants. Please inquire if you'd like to see a menu. Students will not be allowed to pick up lunch off-site for safety reasons.
